I would highly recommend using Mann Made Developments. Building work was carried out to a very high standard and the extension completed extremely quickly. The two storey extension only took around 40 actual days to complete, some work even being carried out at the weekends. All workmen were polite and friendly, as well as very professional and extremely hard working. They tidied up after themselves and made sure that we were happy with things. We are delighted with the extension and so pleased that we chose to use this company.

During the project MMD were very proactive, dealing with the structural necessities for Building Control sign off to the extent that I did not need to employ a structural engineer directly, which was a great help.

They kept me informed of all the issues on site and gave me time to decide on options when they were available.  They dealt with unforeseen issues with trees and hedges and was courteous to my
neighbors, which was vital to the success of the project.

They helped with the final specification of external materials & internal fixtures and fittings, making helpful suggestions, offering alternatives that proved practical, and good design choices.

When the project was practically complete and we took possession of the site and snagged the works, Mark returned three or four times to make good various small items and to take on some extra works that we added late in the day.  He did this efficiently and without hesitation – which was refreshing at this often testing part of a project.

I would not hesitate to go back to MMD if I were to consider future projects.

We selected Mark Cotton and Mann Made Developments Ltd. to undertake a major renovation of our house on South Beach, Heacham.

This involved almost entirely rebuilding a 4-bedroom house of over 3,000 sq ft total living area.  Mark and his team carried out this project rapidly and to a high standard.  They worked incredibly hard to deliver the project on time, to what was a tight schedule.
